Quilt museum stays open

WHILE many museums have closed as a result of the snow, The Quilt Museum and Gallery off Peasholme Green in York has remained open – and just as well.
This week the museum welcomed a number of visitors who had made special trips to see the current exhibition. One lady and her husband even flew from Geneva to visit the museum for her birthday.
